Please allow 10-13 days for you to receive your order. However, we will try our absolute best to try and get your orders with you much sooner than mentioned above, as customer satisfaction means everything to us. On our website we have included a ‘Track your order’ option and this way you can keep track of the whole process of your order until the day it arrives in your possession.
All orders require a signature upon arrival.
UK delivery
We use Royal Mail or DHL for all our UK orders. Please select your preferred delivery method at checkout.
Europe delivery
We use DHL for all of our Europe deliveries. Allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order, however we strive to ensure every order is received much sooner. Please note that a signature will be required upon you receiving you items.
USA
We use DHL for deliveries across the USA. Please note, deliveries might take longer for the USA. A signature is needed upon arrival.
Please note, SheGoldCo operates during the week days, and any orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day.
We provide tracking details to all customers and we expect customers to keep tabs on when the package is due for delivery. Customers may be liable to additional shipping fees after the 3rd failed attempt of delivery to the customer.
